HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR


The City seeks an experienced, self-assured professional to be its next Director of Human Resources.  The ideal candidate will inspire employee engagement in all departments and guide the City in becoming a high-performance organization.  The new Human Resources Director must be able to wear multiple hats, including managing the recruiting process, work comp claims, employee grievances, and collective bargaining, while ensuring that rules and guidelines are implemented, enforced, and complied with.The Director must be innovative and willing to address challenges creatively.
