Weekly Workouts for City Employees

Need some motivation, camaraderie with your co-workers, or just want to have some fun? Join one of our weekly workout groups! Each group meets over the lunch hour and offers a fun way to get your blood pumping in the middle of the day. New participants are required to sign an exercise waiver form to participate.

15-minute HIIT Workout Class

Tuesdays and Fridays, 12 - 12:15 PM

Historic City Hall, 2nd Floor

HIIT, high-intensity interval training, is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.  No experience required; modifications for fitness levels can be made.

These classes are offered at no cost to City of Springfield employees and their families.
