February 27th Open House to highlight final recommendations 
for the Phelps Grove Neighborhood Plan 

An open house will be held on February 27, 2019 from 4:30-7:30 pm at the Springfield Art Museum, Community Room to give guests an opportunity to review the final recommendations and learn more about the planning study and feedback received from the January 22nd Open House.  Final recommendations coming soon.

January 22nd Open House Seeks Feedback On Preliminary Recommendations

An open house was held January 22, 2019 from 5-8 pm at the Springfield Art Museum, Community Room to give guests an opportunity to review preliminary recommendations and learn more about the planning study and feedback received from the October 29th Public Input Workshop. Guests were given the opportunity give feedback on the preliminary recommendations and help City staff with the goals and recommendations that will ultimately be included in the Phelps Grove Neighborhood Plan Update. Public Planning Workshop Kicks Off October 29 At Trinity Lutheran

A public planning workshop was held on October 29, 2018 from 6-8 pm at Trinity Lutheran Church,1415 S Holland Avenue, to begin the Phelps Grove Neighborhood Planning process. Approximately 60 people attended the workshop. Attendees broke up into 11 different “Table Teams” and participated in a hands-on activity to provide feedback on seven topic areas for consideration in the planning process.
