To increase the safety, efficiency and livability of all modes of travel within Springfield.

What’s the hardest part of your job?

Remembering what every acronym for every group, organization, document, etc. stands for (there’s a lot).

What are you passionate about?

Walking and biking in Springfield.

What’s the best part of your job? 

Connecting Springfield and its visitors with a network that accommodates all modes of travel – for people of all abilities.

Do you work to live or live to work? Why?

I have found that civil engineering is my true vocation. I love what I do, so my life and work coincide.

What’s something that Springfield as a city  should strive for? 

Springfield should strive to continue its acceptance of diversity.
