Food Truck Reservation

The City of Springfield has approved two spaces to be used by food trucks to serve the area around Government Plaza. Our goal is to provide employees with a healthier meal option during the work day, therefore, we are looking for food trucks that can offer at least ONE healthy meal option. “Healthy” is defined as a meal under 600 calories, a gluten free option, a vegetarian option, or offers a fruit or vegetable side, or includes a lean protein option (fish, skinless, white-meat poultry, beans, tofu, etc.).Untitled design (21)

Location specifications: Two spots have been approved and they are located in the employee parking lot at the Southwest corner of Central and Boonville. No access to electricity or water.

We currently have availability on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am - 1pm.
