COVID-19 has inspired healthier habits in some men (according to the MENtion It educational campaign and survey by Cleveland Clinic):

•    22% have been exercising more

•    19% are eating healthier

We know many have been inspired to get moving and that doesn’t have to stop now. 

Being active doesn't mean you have to spend every day in a gym. Adding a little physical activity to your schedule will help you live a longer, healthier, happier life. Here are some ideas to get you moving:

  •    Do something new, like rock climbing or swimming.

  •    Do something big, like run a marathon or climb a mountain.

  •    Do something crazy, like working out in costume or trying an unusual form of exercise.
