Strategies lime

Similar to the previous effort, workgroups of approximately 20 people were reconvened to develop potential strategies around each of the previously developed objectives. The department spent three entire days dedicated to this effort and received an abundance of different ideas from employees on what actions the department can take to meet our goals. The different ideas were ranked by attendees based on a number of factors and ultimately were synthesized into a series of Foundational Strategies to be address in implementation.
