The Development Review Office is a division within the Department of Planning and Development. The Development Review Office is responsible for assisting customers to comply with the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations through a managed review process.
The Development Review Office is responsible for staffing and supporting three City Council-appointed boards or commissions. These boards and commissions include the Planning & Zoning Commission for development review applications, the Board of Adjustment for code interpretations and variances and the Landmarks Board, which reviews applications for historic properties.
