Missouri Commission on Human Rights
The Missouri Commission on Human Rights enforces the Missouri laws, which prohibit discrimination in housing, employment, and places of public accommodation. A complaint can be filed alleging discrimination because of sex, race, creed, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, and/or disability. the standard time limit on filing a complaint from the last date of discrimination is 180 days.

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
The EEOC is the federal agency which enforces the federal law prohibiting discrimination in employment – Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
