A special ordinance amending the budget of the Department of Public Works for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 in the amount of $22,000,000, to appropriate the estimated proceeds of the first four years of the 1/8-Cent Transportation Sales Tax approved by the Springfield voters on November 5, 2019; and authorizing the City Manager to exercise any necessary powers to complete transportation projects funded by the 1/8-Cent Transportation Improvements Sales Tax for the purpose of funding and completing those projects funded herein for 2021-2025.

A general ordinance amending Chapter 2, Section 2-92 of the Springfield City Code, known as the ‘Salary Ordinance,’ for the purpose of adding one new job title to the Crafts, Trades and Labor (“CTL”) salary schedule; by adding seven new job titles to the Professional, Administrative and Technical (“PAT”) salary schedule; by adding three additional full-time equivalent positions; and by amending the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 budget of the City of Springfield, Missouri to adjust the authorized employee positions of the City.
