Council Bill 2021-173 (Hosmer)

A special ordinance to cause to be issued a corrected special tax against the lots, blocks, and parcels of ground hereinafter described to pay for the cost of the construction of sanitary sewers in the City of Springfield, Missouri, in Sanitary Sewer District No. 17 of Section No. 26, in the general vicinity of Kearney Street and Lurvey Road; authorizing the City Clerk to issue new special tax bills to replace special tax bills previously issued in “Special Ordinance 27031” which have subsequently been found to contain a calculation error; and authorizing the City Clerk to deliver the same to the Director of Finance to be registered in his office in accordance with this Ordinance; and, declaring that this bill qualifies for approval in one reading.
