Walkins Welcome. Offering Pfizer, Moderna and Novavax. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Primary and Booster doses available for 5+. Booster information can be found at www.vaccine417.com . All individuals receiving a primary (1st or 2nd) dose or 1st booster receive a $50 gift card while supplies last. All individuals who are eligible to receive a gift card are required to show a photo ID before receiving their gift card. No vaccines given to ages 6 months-4 years The clinic will be closed from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
