The Citizens’ Advisory Committee for Community Development (CACCD) will hold a public hearing to solicit input on the City of Springfield’s proposed use of U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) funds for fiscal year 2023 and its HUD Annual Action Plan at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28 in the 2nd Floor West Conference Room in the Busch Municipal Building. Following staff presentations and questions and comments from CACCD members, any person or organization desiring to comment will be afforded an opportunity to do so.
