UPDATE: Carrie Ann Allen is no longer missing. She reported to Springfield Police Headquarters this evening and is safe.
The Springfield Police Department is investigating a report of a missing person and is asking for assistance from the public. The missing person is identified as Carrie Ann Allen, a 32-year-old Caucasian female. She is approximately 150 pounds, 5 feet 5 inches tall with brown hair and green eyes. Allen was last seen in Springfield at her home at 8 a.m. on Aug. 31, and her family is concerned that she may be in danger.
Anyone with information concerning Allen’s whereabouts should call 911 or the Springfield Police Department at 417-864-1810.
