City maintenance worker injured in landfill accident

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

A 53-year-old male maintenance worker has been transported to Mercy Hospital following an industrial accident at the City’s landfill this morning. Police are onsite performing an industrial accident investigation, per protocol. The City wishes to thank the numerous emergency personnel from around the area, who responded quickly.

The City will release additional information as it becomes known.
