Missouri Career Center to host Chick-fil-A hiring event 9 a.m.-noon Nov. 12


FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE The Ozark Region Workforce Investment Board and the Missouri Career Center will host a hiring event for Chick-fil-A 9 a.m.-noon on Thursday, Nov. 12 at the Missouri Career Center, 2900 E. Sunshine. Chick-fil-A is looking to hire 80 team members for a new location on Sunshine. Although the primary focus is of the event is to hire full-time/part time culinary and front counter positions, the restaurant is also looking to fill positions of all levels, from team members to management. Job seekers are encouraged to come to the event prepared, appropriately dressed and with completed resumes. Resume and clothing assistance are available at the Missouri Career Center prior to the event. Chick-fil-A, Inc. owner/operator Brian Heberlie says the company offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, scholarship opportunities, and is closed on Sundays. The Ozark Region Workforce Investment Board and Missouri Career Center-Ozark Region serve Christian, Dallas, Polk, Stone, Taney and Webster counties and has locations in Springfield and Branson. Services are also provided via the mobile career center.
