The search has ended for Michael Bickel who safely returned home this morning.
Original: The Springfield Police Department is investigating a report of a missing and endangered person and is asking for the public’s assistance. Michael P. Bickel, 55, was last seen at 7 p.m. May 28 at his home in the 600 block of E. Livingston. Bickel is diabetic and suffers from heart problems, depression, and is at high risk for stroke. He left his residence without his necessary medication.
He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 260 pounds, and has brown hair, blue eyes, a beard and scars on both knees. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, blue jeans and tennis shoes. Bickel could be driving a tan 2002 Ford Windstar with Missouri license plates, PL5F7T, and it is possible that he could be in the Branson area.
Anyone with information regarding Bickel’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
