Missouri Job Center to host hiring event with over 40 employers tomorrow, June 14


FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board and the Missouri Job Center will be hosting a multi-industry hiring event tomorrow, June 14, 2016. The hiring event will from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Missouri Job Center, 2900 E. Sunshine St., Springfield, MO 65804. Applicants should dress appropriately and bring up-to-date copies of their resume as well as a sheet of prior work experience and references for online or paper applications. More than 40 businesses are registered to attend the hiring event. Each business has open positions for which they are actively seeking applicants. A list of employers along with some of the positions available is posted in the event section of the Missouri Job Center's Facebook page at The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board and Missouri Job Center serve the counties of Christian, Dallas, Greene, Polk, Stone, Taney, and Webster. The Region boasts two Job Centers (Springfield and Branson), as well as a Mobile Career Center. The Region has a long history of working with job seekers and businesses to meet the workforce needs of our community.
