Phelps Street between Fort Avenue and Franklin Avenue to close June 20

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Phelps Street between Fort Avenue and Franklin Avenue will close for approximately two weeks beginning Monday, June 20 for the repair of the railroad bridge by the BNSF Railway Company.
