FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board and Missouri Job Center will be hosting and assisting with a combined total of four hiring events next week in Springfield. The Missouri Job Center's Mobile Career Center will be assisting Human Resource Staffing with a hiring event at their location. The Mobile Career Center will be parked in the Plaza Tower Parking lot, 1923 S Glenstone, assisting with resumes and online job applications on Monday, October 17, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Human Resource Staffing will be interviewing for a variety of industrial, professional, and clerical positions. The Missouri Job Center will be also be hosting a hiring event for H&R Block on Monday, October 17, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Springfield location, 2900 E Sunshine. H&R Block will be looking to fill 20 Tax Preparer positions and 15 Receptionist positions. The positions are all corporate seasonal office positions in the Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Aurora, Branson and Joplin office. The Missouri Job Center has partnered with the Battlefield Mall for the third annual Seasonal Hiring Event. The event will be held on Tuesday, October 18, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Battlefield Mall's main entrance. The Mobile Career Center will be available to assist with online applications and resumes in the parking lot. If you or someone you know are looking for a seasonal position, the event will offer opportunities to meet and apply with multiple stores at one time. Many of the positions will begin in November and last into January. The Missouri Job Center's Mobile Career Center will be assisting CoxHealth with a hiring event at their south location, 3801 S National, on Wednesday, October 19, from 4 to 6 p.m. CoxHealth will be interviewing for positions in multiple departments. The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board and Missouri Job Center serve the counties of Christian, Dallas, Greene, Polk, Stone, Taney, and Webster. The Region boasts two Missouri Job Center locations (Springfield and Branson), as well as a Mobile Career Center.
