Ozark Region Workforce Development Board to release third annual State of the Workforce Survey



The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board, in partnership with the Missouri Job Center and various Chambers of Commerce, is releasing the third annual regional workforce survey called the State of the Workforce Survey 2017 to identify issues, challenges, and trends facing businesses and educators across our region. Local business owners, human resource managers, and area school superintendents are encouraged to participate.

The data obtained from the State of the Workforce Survey will help us to improve the quality of our local workforce, assist area businesses with talent recruitment and retention, effectively meet the needs of small and rural businesses, and prepare our high school and college students for tomorrow's jobs.
