Missouri Job Center to assist with three hiring events next week, June 7-8

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 

The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board and the Missouri Job Center will be assisting with three hiring events next week. Job seekers are encouraged to come prepared, appropriately dressed, and with completed resumes. Resume assistance is available prior to the event at either Springfield Missouri Job Center, and the Career Closet is available at the Missouri Job Center’s main location, 2900 E Sunshine.

The Missouri Job Center will be hosting a hiring event on Wednesday, June 7, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for Reliable Chevrolet at the main Springfield location, 2900 E Sunshine. Reliable Chevrolet will be looking for multiple Sales Consultant, Tire & Lube Tech, Lot Porter, Collision & Auto Tech, and Body Shop Painter’s Assistant positions.

The Missouri Job Center will be hosting a hiring event on Thursday, June 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for Rapid Roberts at the main Springfield location, 2900 E Sunshine. Rapid Roberts will be seeking multiple Sales Associate, Assistant Manager, and Manager-in-Training positions at all Springfield, Ozark, Nixa, Republic, and Battlefield locations.

The Missouri Job Center’s Mobile Career Center will be assisting Gold Mountain Communications with a hiring event on Thursday, June 8. The event will be held at Gold Mountain Communications, 1701 W Sunshine St, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. According to Gold Mountain, “Employees earn an average of $21/hour and are offered convenient work schedules, incredible benefits, and room to grow!”

 The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board and Missouri Job Center serve the counties of Christian, Dallas, Greene, Polk, Stone, Taney, and Webster. The Ozark Region boasts three Missouri Job Center locations (Branson, North Springfield, and Springfield), as well as a Mobile Career Center. The Ozark Region has a long history of working with job seekers and businesses to meet the workforce needs of our community.
