FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SPRINGFIELD, MO – The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board and the Missouri Job Center are proud to announce that the Fourth Annual Momentum State of the Workforce Survey is currently underway and organizations from around the region are welcome to participate. The survey allows the Department of Workforce Development to identify issues, challenges, and trends facing the workforce across the Ozark Region.

Local businesses, organizations, hiring and human resource managers, and area school superintendents are encouraged to participate by visiting the survey site or the MOmentum website. The data obtained from the survey helps improve the standards of the local workforce, allows the Department of Workforce Development to anticipate needs of employers, and ensures economic vitality in the region.

The results of the survey will be released at the Momentum Luncheon on Feb. 20, 2018 at the White River Conference Center at 11:30 a.m. This year’s keynote speaker will be Juan Garcia, Amazon’s Global Leader for Career Advancement. To register for the luncheon, visit the MOmentum website.
