FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE The EmployAbility Collaborative, in partnership with the Ozark Region Workforce Development Board, will host the inaugural EmployAbility Summit Thursday, Oct. 22, at The Old Glass Place, 521 E. St. Louis. Beginning at 10 a.m., the summit will consist of an opening speaker, a panel and a luncheon with a closing speaker. Industry experts will discuss successful programs that encourage the hiring of people with a disability. Local business owners, human resource managers and other professionals throughout the Ozark region are encouraged to register for the summit at springfieldmo.gov/employability.Single tickets are $25, or a table of eight can be purchased for $150.
