The board of the Commercial Street Community Improvement District (C-Street CID) is seeking bids from eligible individuals or companies interested in developing digital strategies to increase customers, visitors and supporters of Historic Commercial Street and to attract new businesses to available spaces in the district.
“We are hoping to build on the exciting developments Uptown on Historic Commercial Street with this digital campaign which we hope will reach new audiences to experience all our beautiful street has to offer.” said Gregg Johnson, president.
The digital campaign will utilize Facebook, Instagram and Google in a three-month project that will potentially be continued or repeated, depending on results. The suggested budget for this campaign, including labor and ad spending is $2,500. When providing information and documentation, the labor and ad spending must be presented as separate expenditures.
Applicants must provide contact information along with the following documentation, preferably in digital format:
1. Resume including three references if an individual; qualifications and three references if a business
2. Budget outlining suggested breakdown of expenses
3. Description and justification of strategies proposed in campaign as well as projected outcomes
Proposals will be accepted through Tuesday, May 8, 2018.
