Public meeting for phase 4 of Republic Road Widening Project May 15

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE


Please join the City of Springfield and MoDOT for a public meeting about phase 4 of the Republic Road Widening Project 4-6 p.m., Tuesday, May 15 at Wesley United Methodist Church, 922 W. Republic Road. This phase of the project widens Republic Road from Fairview Avenue to the signal at Chase Card Services, which includes the intersection of Republic Road and Campbell Avenue. Project managers will present current concept plans for this section of roadway. This project is funded by the 1/8 Cent Transportation Sales Tax.
