Public Notice

The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) has released the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the 2019 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). Intent to Submit

Organizations wishing to apply for ESG funding for Program Year 2019 to serve within the City of Springfield are required to complete an Intent to Submit.  This mandatory form is due by Monday, Oct. 15, 2018 at 5 p.m. and may be submitted in person to 840 Boonville Avenue, Springfield, MO, 2nd Floor Planning & Development Department, Attn: Bob Atchley or emailed to: batchley@springfieldmo.gov. All Intent to Submit forms will be reviewed by the Ozarks Alliance to End Homelessness (CoC) Rank, Review, and Selection Committee. After Intent to Submit forms are reviewed, agencies will be contacted regarding the amount they are eligible to apply for.

 

Sub-Grantee Application

The full application for each sub-grantee is due October  23, 2018 by 4:30 PM.  The application must be submitted in a paper copy to 840 Boonville Avenue, Springfield, MO 65802, 2nd Floor Planning & Development Department, Attention: Bob Atchley and also emailed in an electronic format at: batchley@springfieldmo.gov, pursuant to MHDC guidelines.

 

Consolidated Application

The City of Springfield’s Consolidated ESG Application is due to MHDC by 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2, 2018.
