The Missouri Job Center announces the launch of the fifth annual Momentum State of the Workforce Survey. Businesses and organizations from around the region are encouraged to give feedback through a short 20 question survey. The survey allows the Missouri Job Center to assess needs, as well as identify issues and challenges facing the workforce across the seven-county Ozark Region.
Area businesses, organizations, human resource managers, as well as area school superintendents are encouraged to participate by taking the survey. “The data obtained from the survey helps improve the standards of the local workforce and allows the Missouri Job Center to anticipate needs of employers, ensuring economic vitality in the region,” said Mary Ann Rojas, Workforce Development Director for the City of Springfield.
