“The Momentum Survey provides vital information to the local Workforce Development Board in determining strategic direction and oversight of workforce development programs and services ad-ministered through the Missouri Job Center, said Mary Ann Rojas, Workforce Development Director for the City of Springfield. Many initiatives have come as a result of the survey including Build My Future, Green for Greene, America’s Promise, Industry Roundtables and micro-grants to rural communities, Rojas said. “We look forward to sharing the results with everyone,” she added.
