AT&T service to 9-1-1 restored

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 


UPDATED: Service has been restored.


Some AT&T customers may not be able to call 9-1-1 from a landline phone in Greene County and possibly nationwide. Springfield-Greene County 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Director Zim Schwartze has received confirmation acknowledging that AT&T is working to address the issue.

Schwartze advises customers with AT&T service to call 417-862-7911 if they are unable to connect by dialing 9-1-1.
