Springfield Mayor Ken McClure extends best wishes to Lt. Governor Mike Parson as he assumes the position of the Governor of the state of Missouri. Mayor McClure has known Parson since his service in the Missouri House of Representatives and Missouri Senate, and has worked with him in a variety of capacities over the past 13 years.
