Five drivers were arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. One person was arrested on an outstanding warrant and one person was arrested on a summons for drug paraphernalia.
The Saturation Patrol was funded through a grant from the Missouri Department of Transportation, Division of Highway Safety.
Consequences of drunk driving include jail time, loss of driving privileges, sentencing to use ignition interlocks and increased insurance rates. Financial losses include attorney fees, court costs, lost time at work and the potential loss of a job.
