Missouri Job Center Branson Reopening to the Public
The Missouri Job Center affiliate office in Branson will reopen to the public on Monday, June 29, to help job seekers find employment as the economy continues to rebound from the Coronavirus. The Job Center hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
“Prior to reopening, several adjustments and safety measures have been implemented in our daily operations to protect both Job Center visitors and staff,” said Sally Payne, Interim Director of Workforce Development at the Missouri Job Center. “Our reopen policies and procedures have been approved by the State of Missouri to ensure that all safety measures meet guidelines,” she added.
“Since we share space with the State Department of Workforce Development as well as other partners, we will have enhanced signage pointing people to where they need to go,” said Payne. Besides more signage, the Job Center will have floor guides that allow for social distancing while people wait to be served. “A couple of other measures include providing plenty of hand sanitizer and wiping down computer stations after each use,” Payne said.
Please note that if you have recently experienced a lay off and need to find employment, please visit www.jobs.mo.gov and click the “job seekers” box. You can search for job openings in the Branson area from the comfort and safety of your own home or mobile device.
