Momentum State of the Workforce Survey Launches for 2021
The Missouri Job Center announces the launch of the seventh annual Momentum State of the Workforce Survey. Businesses and organizations from around the region are encouraged to give feedback through this yearly survey.
“This year it is even more important to hear from the business community in light of the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Sally Payne, Interim Director of Workforce Development for the City of Springfield. “We are continually assessing the ways we serve both job seekers and employers and this survey allows us to respond to those changing needs,” Payne added.
Area businesses, government and nonprofit organizations, human resource managers, and area school administrators are encouraged to participate in the survey which allows the Missouri Job Center to assess needs, as well as identify issues and challenges facing the workforce across the seven-county Ozark Region.
To access the survey visit www.Momentum2021.net. Results of the survey will be released at the Momentum State of the Workforce livestream event on February 24.
