Due to technical difficulties with the online City Council agenda, the deadline to sign up to speak at Monday’s City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. at Historic City Hall has been extended to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 19.
Sign up via an online form, by calling 417-864-1651 or by emailing [email protected]. We apologize for the inconvenience, but Monday’s agenda is located in two places. The first part of the agenda is located at https://www.springfieldmo.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_04202020-3612?html=true while an addendum and previous meeting minutes are located at https://www.springfieldmo.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_04202020-3611.
Citizens who have signed up with the City Clerk in accordance with the new rule will be provided the option to participate electronically in Room 108 on the first floor of Historic City Hall. Physical distancing will be maintained.
