Due to the recent increase in COVID-19 case numbers among unvaccinated individuals, the Springfield-Greene County Health Department encourages everyone 12 years and older to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
As of Friday, June 4, the seven-day rolling average for new cases was 46 – a 40% increase over the past week. According to data collected in patient interviews, 97% of individuals who’ve tested positive in Greene County have not been fully vaccinated.
Below is a list of opportunities for individuals to receive vaccine for the week of June 7-13:
Monday, June 7
- Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGCHD) – 2300 N. Airport Blvd. from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. Vaccine offered: Pfizer (ages 12+) or Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+)
- John B. Hughes Apartments (SGCHD) – 2100 N. Clifton from 4-5 p.m. Vaccine offered: Pfizer (ages 12+) or Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+)
Wednesday, June 9
- Missouri Job Center (SGCHD) – 2900 E. Sunshine St. from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Vaccine offered: Pfizer (ages 12+) or Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+)
- Salvation Army (SGCHD) – 1707 W. Chestnut Expwy. From 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Vaccine offered: Pfizer (ages 12+) or Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+)
Thursday, June 10
- O’Reilly Center for Hope (SGCHD) – 1518 E. Dale from 8:45 a.m.-12 p.m. Vaccine offered: Moderna (ages 18+) or Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+)

- Cedarbrook Apartments (SGCHD) – 811 N. Cedarbrook from 9-11 a.m. Vaccine offered: Pfizer (ages 12+) or Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+)
Saturday, June 12
- Campbell United Methodist Church (SGCHD) – 1747 E. Republic Rd. from 9-11:30 a.m. Vaccine offered: Pfizer (ages 12+) or Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+)
- Asbury United Methodist Church (JVCHC Mobile Clinic) – 1500 S. Campbell from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Vaccine offered: Pfizer (ages 12+) or Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+)
These opportunities are in addition to the recurring vaccination clinics at Jordan Valley Community Health Center’s Benton Clinic at 618 N. Benton. Jordan Valley is offering walk-in vaccinations for Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m., with extended hours on Tuesday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Individuals may save time by registering for clinics in advance at covidvaccine.mo.gov/navigator or jordanvalley.org/covid. Individuals who pre-register should bring their ID and Vaccine Navigator patient identification number with them to the event. Individuals 12-17 must have parent/guardian consent.
