The Springfield-Greene County Health Department will host a media availability at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 22, at Mother’s Brewing Company at 215 S. Grant Ave.
Leaders from the Health Department and Jordan Valley Community Health Center will discuss the spread of the highly contagious Delta variant and the vital role vaccine plays in decreasing case counts in our community.
Jeff Schrag, founder of Mother’s Brewing Company, will also speak on the brewery’s ongoing efforts to prevent disease spread among staff and patrons.
Jordan Valley Community Health Center will host a free vaccination event at the brewery later in the afternoon from 4-6 p.m. Individuals may choose between the Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
