FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
City Council and the Citizens Advisory Committee for Community Development (CACCD) will hold a joint public hearing on the City’s proposed use of funds for its fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022) U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Annual Action Plan at 6 p.m. Jan. 12. The agenda is located here.
Topics covered will include the following: Community Development Block Grants, HOME Investment Partnerships Program and proposed activities for the upcoming fiscal year. Following presentations, any person or organization desiring to comment will be afforded an opportunity to do so.

Citizens who have signed up to attend will be required to view and participate in the meeting via videoconferencing on the first floor of Historic City Hall. Physical distancing will be maintained, and face covering required.
Citizens who have experienced any of the following will not be allowed inside City Hall:
- Flu-like symptoms
- Respiratory illness (cough, difficulty breathing)
- Fever
- Traveled in the past 14 days to an affected area
- Been exposed to someone who has travelled to an affected area
- Been exposed to someone who has been evaluated for the illness or confirmed illness.
