Elm Street to close between Jefferson Avenue and Kimbrough Avenue Sept. 19 - Oct. 10

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Elm Street will close for approximately three weeks between Jefferson Avenue and Kimbrough Avenue beginning 6 a.m., Monday, Sept. 19 for the construction of pedestrian and sidewalk improvements. 

Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route.
