Heads up, Springfield Lake Neighbors! 

Kissick Avenue will close at the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) railroad crossing located to the southeast of the James River Power Station beginning at 5 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 29, through 5 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 1, for the removal of the railroad crossing by City street maintenance crews. 

Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
