The applicant shall submit a plan showing the location of the sinkhole, the sinkhole drainage area, contours, significant physical features, sinkhole setbacks, non-buildable areas, and proposed improvements. A sinkhole evaluation, including both geological and hydrological evaluation, may be required. A sinkhole evaluation must be completed by a qualified professional engineer or geologist.
