SCOPE: The City of Springfield is seeking qualified firms or persons to provide Thermoplastic Pavement Marking Material to the City of Springfield’s, Public Works Sign Shop in accordance with the requirements and provisions stated herein. This will be a one (1) year term contract, with the option to renew the contract for three (3) additional one-year terms.
